Share Your World ~ 1/25/22

Thanks for facilitating our share Melanie. Here’s my two cents worth 1/2 a penny. Thanks to the Fabulous Bloggers too!

12-17-2021 Cyranny “What’s the worst day of the week for you?” Why? Everyday has a chance to be the worst. All depends on what life/fate/karma throws my way. Lol. Used to be Mondays but now that I work from home, Mondays aren’t bad. No commute. Yay!

1-3-2022 Mrs. A (Jazzocracy) Mrs A proposes a question for a future SYW. “Would you ever consider posing naked or semi-naked for the camera or a live audience (acting in a play)?” Hmm. Why the hell not? Doh!

1-10-2022 Di With the recent energy crisis here in the UK, would you prefer electric, gas, oil or some other means of heating your home? Right now we have propane. I’m not sure where it fits in for efficiency. I’m game to change it up if that conserves energy. We’re pretty conservative already. Keep our thermostat a 65 in the winter and 78 in the summer. We’ve gotten a few estimates for solar to supplement.

1-10-2022 Marilyn When this pops up later tonight, I MIGHT have thought of a few questions. Like: In your household, who takes care of the bills, taxes, and other financial stuff? Is one person responsible or is it a shared chore? And this has made me notice that my phone is missing. Oops. Me because I love it. In another life I might have become an accountant.

1-10-2022 Yinglan Not sure if this question was asked before. It’s a bit of a silly one: If you can have any one job (real or fiction) in the galaxy (yes, the galaxy, I’m widening the search radius, imagining relocation to other planets possible), what is that job? I want to be a space cowboy or a gangster of love or Maurice. #ambitions.

I hope you all enjoy answering these ‘other blogger questions’.   You may wish to pop over to their site and say hello.  They’re ALL awesome!

GRATITUDE SECTION  (as always optional)

Who are you grateful for? My family – B, Pony, and Lulu. They keep me sane.

  1. Thanks for Sharing Your World Jilly! I know that in some areas propane is the only option. My parent’s home for their last years was on propane, and about a year before Pops died, they came and converted everybody to natural gas. My mother complained it was chillier in the house than before. I think the solar panels are a grand idea if one has the money to afford having them installed. Less carbon footprint for sure! You are the very first female (aside from Mrs. A, the asker) who said they didn’t mind posing nude. Very brave! 🙂 I hope they invent your ‘job(s)’ in the future, the universe could use more high achievers! 😀 Have a great week!

    1. We’d love natural gas instead of propane but we are in a propane as only option area. Our first house had natural gas and now that you mention it, it was colder. We’ve quoted solar panels and went into sticker shock but they have incentives and rebates every once in a while.

haha! me and Mrs. A. how funny. For me, I’m not brave. I’m too old to care. lol

Hope you have a great week too.
