Thanks Tegan! I was picturing my grandmother standing on her porch, looking out onto the fields of corn. She always wore her hair in a bun but also always had wisps escaping framing her face.

My granny wore a bun most of her life too. The family would stop and stare, mesmerized when she would redo it — at her very long hair. Hugs.

Oh yes same here. I don’t think she ever in her life cut her hair. She for sure never stepped into a “beauty parlor”
