Good morning y’all!  Rise and shine!  Time once again for #SoCS.  Today the lovely Linda via M. Oniker prompts us with affirm. If you weren’t aware, M has a whole site dedicated to #SoCS – just take a look.

Affirm

That’s a positive word right?  But somehow infirm sticks in my head.

Now just who do I think I am?  Huh?  Lady Jilly that’s who.

Silly Jilly.  Just where is this post headed?  Are you just gonna list synonyms for affirm?  Well sure!  Why not?

Well because you had other ideas.  Did your flow switch gears since yesterday?  No more talk of attestation which is the only affirm you know first hand.  Using attestation in your day job. Ugh attestation and the paperwork that goes along with that, no thanks.  Last I checked, I am not at work.  Oh wait!  Where am I?

Did y’all know you can be somewhere else without really being there physically?  In your mind … you can be spirited away.  By thinking about work when you are NOT at work!

Out damn thought I say!

Instead I will make another cup of herbal tea and read the other responses.

Ah, now that’s living the good life!  I pronounce, I profess, I affirm!!!!!!
