My watch party of one for the lunar eclipse of 11/7/22 to 11/8/22 was awesome. I only saw a glimpse @ 4:16 am CST (supposed to be prime time) because of the clouds but that 2 second sighting was all I needed. Such peace I had first at moonrise, then later @ 2 am, before the capstone.
The feeling is really indescribable. I was over the moon!!! The experience inspired my one liner.
The Moon is a friend for the lonesome to talk to.

I’m not lonesome anymore but this still speaks to me as I often talk to myself which might as well be the moon, a rock, or the void. I know I’m doing it and don’t expect an answer, though sometimes in that quiet contemplation, answers come to me. I am lunar SNERD = Super Nerd.
