Linda says life renews. And it does! We’ve been watching the cardinals again this year. The pictures below are from last year but the same momma bird came back again as they are known to do, just a different spot, from our oak tree in 2021 to our nandina bush in 2022.
This morning @ 7 both babies were in the nest. @ 8 only one remains. We were not there to see it like the one above from 2021 who hopped out and took off into flight like they were born to it. Duh? Jilly of course they are born to fly.
My one liner today is ominous though “be careful what you wish for” truer words have not been spoken. I have a doctor’s appointment tomorrow at 3:15. Wish me luck!
