Share Your World ~ 6/15/21

Melanie gives us some good questions. Let’s get this party started. Onward through the fog

What did you learn the hard way? The better question is what didn’t I learn the hard way. My list is endless, growing daily.

Which activities make you lose track of time? Blogging, reading, and listening to music.

Why do we seem to think of others the most after they’re gone? Like the song that 80s hair band Cinderella sings Don’t Know What You Got (Till It’s Gone).

Is it possible to know the truth without challenging it first? Not for me but for many it is possible. I think it’s called faith?

GRATITUDE SECTION (always optional)

Please feel free to share your gratitude with everyone!   We can all use a boost in spirits from time to time!

Grateful for our PoPo who loaned me his Rav4 until I can get my car to the repair shop.

  1. Thanks, Jilly for Sharing Your World! I loved your take on the ‘hard way’ question! I guess we do learn most valuable lessons ‘the hard way’ don’t we? If they’re not difficult to learn, how much value do we place on them? It’s been very enlightening to read the different answers to the truth question too. Some folks on one side and some on the other. Faith has been mentioned too. I think your PoPo must be a sweet guy! It’s always nice when someone steps up to help unexpectedly and without having to be asked! Take care!

  2. I think I’m a lot like you!
    1) Everything
2)Reading, Facebook, Instagram, and now (new to me) TikTok
3)Because we sometimes don’t appreciate them enough when they are here.
4)No, you must question everything or research it yourself
Gratitude: Getting to go for a short trip because our friends invited us last minute and luckily everything fell into place, making it possible. 🤗
