Share Your World ~ 4/13/21

Thanks Melanie for the questions. I like them, all serious or silly so I’m giving it a whirl. If anyone else wants to join in, here are the rules and ping back

QUESTIONS: What would be the worst “buy one get one free” sale of all time? Hmmm. Probably something I didn’t want to buy in the first place. Free is for me. I love a good bargain.

Have you ever gotten a really bad haircut? Do share! Yes because I used to drop in at a mall salon without an appointment. Usually getting someone still learning. Usually the bad part was with my bangs. Too short or too long or uneven. I’ve grown them out which helps.

After many years of bad hair cuts, my friend D told me about her hairdresser who I then went to for over a decade. Now I’m back to dropping in to random places. I did two home haircuts during Covid before going to a local barbershop to even things up. No more dye job. I’m officially low maintenance 😂

Isn’t Disney Land and Disney World (and all the variants) just a people trap operated by a mouse? Yes! Without a doubt 😂

What if Batman got bitten by a vampire? What would happen? He’d be double trouble. Or he’d become the undead Dark Knight.

What do you want your final words to be if you could choose? I’m borrowing … “Thanks for the memories”.

GRATITUDE SECTION (as always optional)Please feel free to share some My new swing❣️❣️❣️

  1. Thank you Jilly for Sharing Your World! The undead Dark Knight sounds terrifying! I mean Batman was fairly dark to start with and an introvert. Maybe being a vampire wouldn’t be such a bad thing for him. Bangs are my most problematic hair cut issue too…I recently went to get my hair cut and the girl left the danged bangs too long and in my eyes. I hate that and had told her specifically to cut them ‘above my eyes’. So when I got home and figured out she’d done that, I got out my own scissors and cut ’em back myself. Thanks again for playing along with this week’s questions and have the rest of a great week!

    1. I think most hairdressers are afraid to go too short. It was much more often that they left them long and I had bangs in my eyes. Now I don’t have any and I mostly put my hair up anyways. No fuss no muss. Hope you have a great week as well. Cheers 🎉🎉
