Linda is closing her social media until 4 pm daily for the next week. I’m doing something similar. In a test, I have deactivated my FB for seven days. I go back online day eight unless I decide to continue and/or make permanent. Today is day three. Doh! At first, I had the shakes. Now I’m mellowing out. WordPress fills the bill. That and the occasional twitter. Now for my borrowed two sentence/one liner with link to the source.

Not that I am equating FB to a lost love. But there is a blurb about technology that loosely fits in the Source. Desperately seeking peace of mind. Limiting social media may help. Here’s hoping 🙂
