Linda says …
Your Friday prompt for Stream of Consciousness Saturday is “spay/splay/spray.” Use one, use two, use ’em all, it’s up to you. Have fun!
Bob Barker always ended the Price is Right saying “spay and neuter your pets”. That’s it, got nothing else for spay.
Splay. Hmm. Think, think and think … Jazz hands. Fingers splayed apart. And again, I’m stumped.
Moving on to spray. “Say it don’t spray it” Hairspray or insect repellent. Of course there is the infamous Lysol disinfectant spray. That hoarders grabbed off the shelves. I’m way over Rona and other assorted things. Actually I’m sad. If I do not get over it soon, I will diagnose myself with depression and seek help of the non-medicated variety.
Nothing is percolating in ye ole noggin. Hoping for a return to creativity in the coming weeks. Hope you folks enjoy the rest of your Saturday.
As always, more to come.
Bob Barker was and is a hero for animals. I just looked him up to see if he was still alive and he is 93! I also found out we have the same birthday (but not the same year.) Thanks for mentioning him.

That’s what I recall. Every single show he advocated for the animals when he signed off.

We do too. My mom went when Bob Barker was still doing it in the 90’s. I have the framed ticket from the show. Got after my mom died. It was her favorite show and I mean this….YOU COULD NOT CALL HER DURING THE PRICE IS RIGHT….EVER! She would cut you off and tell you to call back. 🙂

Sometimes the lack of creativity is an indication that you need a rest from it. It’ll come back.

Yes can’t force it. Resting is welcome.
