Every day we get to begin anew. I’m really not starting over though. I am renewing self-care. And as I write this through talk to text, I am taking my morning walk. I didn’t hit snooze. I got up and atom. Now I’m in a have to lookup that expression. Is it atom or Adam? We shall see. Wishing everyone a joyful Monday.
As always more to come.
It’s “up and at ’em,” as in “up and at ’em, Atom Ant!” Remember that cartoon?

Still fuzzy but I probably saw a rerun or two. Thanks for sharing the video 🙂

Any version got us off our arse or out of bed. My mom used to say that all the time with the later part with more texture. ATOM, AT EM’ ADAM. No matter! She meant it!

That’s a good memory. I’ve since learned it’s at em. Who knew?!?? 😂

“At ‘em” I always heard. Lol. Or as my mom would say when she opened the door to wake us — “off and on”, which translated to off your a** and on your feet. Have a good day!
