Dearly beloved. We are gathered here today to join #JusJoJan and #SoCS in holy prompts matrimony. ❤️
If you’d like to attend the ceremonies read below then come back up to follow this link.
Yes, I am repeating last week’s #SoCS & #JusJoJan opening. And you might just see the same next Saturday too. Wait! Why? What? No originality??
Yep, just like Hollywood. Recycled crap. At least that’s what B says. Which leads me to today’s prompt. Linda writes and I repeat:
Your prompt for #JusJoJan and Stream of Consciousness Saturday is: “movie title.” Take the title of the last movie you watched (just the title, not the premise of the movie), and base your post on that title. Have fun!
I watch all kinds of stuff but no movies per se if you mean “seen in the movie theater” movies. And lately on TV, it’s sitcoms or one hour dramas that we watch. My attention span is that of a gnat and B … well B can’t sit still.
Now that my preamble is done. We did go to Jumanji: The Next Level over the holidays. All four of us. Just like the old days. Very nice. The movie was good too which is bonus. We don’t hang out together often so when we do the time spent together is precious. They grow up so fast. Cue music. Fiddler On The Roof / Sunrise/Sunset.
As always, more to come.
I don’t have the attention span for a movie. I get bored with the coming attractions.

I just can’t quiet my mind from other things I’d rather be doing. Then there’s my lack of sleep and reclining chairs. Perfect setting for nap time. 😂

It’s hard to go out to an movie in a theater when we have so many good films streaming into our house. We still go once in a while.

There’s a lot you can see at home. Not good for the movie theaters.

One of my second cousins married a Jewish guy, and at the wedding her mother and the father of the groom sang this.
We don’t actually watch TV so much as we have it on for background noise…

Awww. How special. I’d cry happy tears witnessing that for sure.
Yep TV is mostly background noise.

We like going to the movies on the holidays too, although we didn’t do it this year. Absolutely love Fiddler on the Roof and may have to watch it again! I saw the play many, many years ago with my parents.

I was thinking the same. Need to watch again. I saw the play in 2018. Part of my season tickets to the Majestic. Amazing.

Have not seen either Jumanji movies, but have been to both theater and stage productions of Fiddler on the Roof. That’s a great story!
