If that was it, I wouldn’t be Jilly. I really do like the part where you can hear the lead singer breathe/sort of stopping to catch his breath, hold it and then exhale. Whenever this song came on in the car, Lulu and I would wait for that part. This was a sing along song for us for a brief time. Now all I have are those memories.
The video is strange I must admit. The Lou Diamond Phillips cameo is bonus. My former boss went to high school and ran track with Lou … two years older and before he was famous … Lou … not my boss. Hehe!!
