We are back.  Time for #SLS.  Jim (the host with the most) gave us the following prompt:

March 24, 2019 – Minutes/Hours/Days/Weeks/Months

Me trying to be clever thinks what is a way to capture all those words … maybe using time.  60 minutes in an hour and 24 hours in a day and 365 days in a year made of 52 weeks and 12 months.  And what is all that really but time.

I almost opted for “Too Much Time on My Hands” by Styx.  Then I went all sentimental and chose “Time in a Bottle” by the wonderful Jim Croce.  Check out the Wiki – what a sentimental love song.

  1. I am glad that you picked “Time in a Bottle” because it is so lovely. I think I heard this song in Japanese (Japanese love folk songs!).

  3. Great choice. I hadn’t thought of the ‘swoon’ factor. I learned the song in elementary school when ‘swooning’ wasn’t even close to being on my radar.
