J-Dubs Review of Hello Sunshine by Laura Dave

This is a short little beach read. Set in present day – June to August between NYC and Montauk. It’s about an Internet personality Sunny whose life unravels on the eve of her 35th birthday. Causing her to move back to her childhood home only to find out things have changed.

I won’t go into a lot more detail so as not to spoil the story.

Because my attention span is not what it used to be, I do appreciate the short chapters … 55 in all … some of them are only single page long.

I give this book four out of five stars.

Carpool Karaoke ~ Sing Along

I haven’t posted any sing along songs in a while.  I used to post the last song I heard on the car radio when arriving at work.  Then I gave up on Satellite radio and stopped posting.  I think I might start up again.  KONO 101 has some decent tunes.

Until then though, I saw this Carpool Karaoke clip.  Talk about fitting a theme.  Too good not to share!  Check out the video.  Go on now.  You’ll be glad you did.

As in …

an order of insects with sucking mouth parts or

a microorganism causing illness or

an error in a computer program/system or

a miniature microphone, typically concealed and used for surveillance or

an enthusiastic, almost obsessive, interest in something or 

Bug  Just   Bug 

That’s bug poetry right there y’all.  Lol 🙂
