Starting my 2018 quest for healthy points to save moola on the cost of health insurance.
Today’s lunch consists of baby carrots 🥕 , cherry tomatoes 🍅, pretzel 🥨 chips, humus, string cheese 🧀 and oranges 🍊 . Plus a tall glass of water 💧 because I’m not a camel 🐪 and I know I don’t drink enough water 💧.
Humus is my new fave. Orange 🍊 slices dipped in humus to be precise. Don’t knock it ’til you try it. Yum. Yum.
