Pessimistically Optimistic Nonsense

Sometimes we find ourselves stressed out and easily upset without realizing it. Sometimes we may not even know our own stress triggers or just haven’t given it much thought.

I sometimes find myself in these situations and try my best to cope and regain control.

It’ll be alright. Take a deep breath. Perhaps try having a look at some of these stress factors and how to help try and alleviate them?
