Maybe it is the retro 70s/early 80s vibe mixed with present day … there is just something about this show that has captured my heart. Two favorite quotes so far:
Doctor to new dad Jack “There’s no lemon so sour that you can’t make something resembling a lemonade.”
Jack to his son Randall “I love you as much as the human heart can kiddo”

Code Black on CBS is a good show in the genre for ER and the likes. I love being transported into another world. On this past episode, when Savetti’s dad died and Angus comforted him… no words.
