I’m back at headquarters today. I much prefer our satillite office downtown. I remarked on the traffic coming in. Even at the crack of dawn the roads were crowded. The stress started right away. How I drove this far for all those years I will never know.
As I was out and about this huge campus today I observed the personal interactions. One still bothers me. A very sweet voice asked someone if he’d be joining them only to have his head bitten off. NO! I’m not joining YOU. It wasn’t me but it felt personal. The sweet man asked oh … are you sure? only to be chastised again. He walked away, head down.
Why can’t we all just get along? Kindness is free people!!!
