About three people (five if you include Brian and I) were truly thrilled about our pending nuptials – my mom (she just knew Brian was the right guy for me), my dad (Brian would make an honest woman out of me) and Grandma Tu-Tu (oh how she wanted to be a great grandma).  The majority of folks were what I’d call neutral … after all we were not the sun around which all their earths orbited.  Sure they were happy for us but the feeling was more like hmm … kind of young … oh well … good for them … I guess?  Then there were the hard core naysayers.
